In response to the provocative remarks made by the U.S. ambassador in occupied Palestine, who claimed that sovereignty over the region from the Nile to the Euphrates is a right of the Israeli regime, Abdul Wahid Abu Ras, Yemen’s Deputy Foreign Minister, stated that recent comments by Mike Huckabee, the U.S. ambassador in the occupied territories, reveal a deep collaboration between the U.S. and the Israeli regime in the so-called ‘New Middle East’ plan, aimed at promoting the ‘Greater Israel’ project.

Abu Ras emphasized that the U.S. and Israeli objective is to dominate the entire region. He remarked that the ambassador’s statements serve as evidence of the ongoing and direct support from the U.S. government for the atrocities and crimes committed by the Israeli regime, reflecting a complete disregard for international resolutions that emphasize the necessity of resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict based on the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. He stated that what proponents of the so-called Greater Israel project promote through their extremist rhetoric is nothing more than a continuation of U.S. hegemonic policies in the region, which instead of seeking peaceful solutions, fuels further conflicts.

This Yemeni official affirmed that the Palestinian people, who are fighting for their legitimate rights, will remain steadfast against these plans aimed at erasing the region’s history and cultural identity. He declared that the U.S. will never succeed in imposing its colonial project on free nations, and it is time to support the rights of our peoples and stand against the colonizers who seek to destroy national interests.

Abu Ras urged the Arab regimes to awaken, stating that conscientious and free individuals have recognized this criminal project of the U.S. and the Israeli regime from the beginning and are taking actions to thwart it. He called for all to utilize the insights provided by Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the leader of Ansar Allah, regarding the enemies of the Islamic nation and the true nature of the Jews and their crimes as outlined in the Holy Quran. He continued, saying that rulers and countries in the region must go beyond issuing condemnatory statements, which reflect the stance of the weak, and take practical, effective, and impactful actions to defeat these criminal projects targeting our region.

Abu Ras warned the entire Islamic nation, especially the Arab world, that the threat of the U.S.-Israeli project endangers everyone, and those who will suffer the consequences are the collaborators and those who have surrendered to the U.S.-Israeli enemy.

Mohammed al-Farrah, a prominent member of the political bureau of the Ansar Allah movement, echoed these sentiments, stating that the remarks made by the U.S. ambassador in occupied Palestine are not a mere oversight or random statements but a blatant revelation of a fixed plan and priority of the Zionist project and its supporters for dominance over the entire region.Al-Farrah stressed that Arab countries must awaken, particularly Saudi Arabia and Egypt, to understand that this U.S. approach aims to dismantle and weaken major Arab nations, preparing the ground for their domination.

He warned Arab nations of the significant danger posed by the U.S. and the Israeli regime, stating that the current phase cannot tolerate obstinacy. What we need today is a rational examination of the friend-enemy equation and a halt to the conspiracies against the Yemeni people to ensure the safety of the Islamic nation.

According to reports, Huckabee claimed in an interview with American host Tucker Carlson that, based on biblical texts, the Israeli regime has a right to sovereignty over the region from the Nile to the Euphrates, asserting that if Israel were to act on this, it would be ‘acceptable’ and ‘good.’

The territory that the U.S. ambassador and other Zionists refer to and believe belongs to Israel includes all of historical Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, large parts of Egypt, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. However, in the face of this blatant danger, the responses from Arab countries to the ambassador’s audacious remarks have been weak, limited to issuing condemnatory statements without directly criticizing the U.S., instead opting for phrases like requesting an official explanation from the U.S. government.Previously Benjamin Netanyahu the prime minister of the occupying regime had explicitly discussed the so-called ‘Greater Israel’ project which encompasses these very regions. This issue serves as an initial warning for Arab countries especially the collaborators to recognize that the colonial conspiracies of the U.S. and Israel are not confined to Palestine but target the entire Arab and Islamic world.

This strange and dangerous passivity of Arab regimes paves the way for the implementation of U.S. and Israeli projects against these countries creating the impression that the Arab ceiling is even lower than what the U.S. and Israel had envisioned or that there is no ceiling at all as they limit themselves to mere condemnations in the face of every overt and covert conspiracy even when their sovereignty is at stake.
