According to a report from the Hebrew news agency Tasnim, the U.S. government has agreed to withdraw non-essential employees from Israel and has restricted their movements within the country.
This decision follows an update from the State Department, which on Friday approved the departure of non-essential staff and their families from Israel. The move reflects growing concerns regarding safety in the region. The Hebrew media outlet Ynet suggests that this decision was made after the recent round of negotiations with Iran. Notably an American official described the talks in Geneva as positive indicating that certain details had become clearer compared to previous discussions.
Plans are in place for another round of negotiations on Monday in Vienna which will take place at the expert level without the participation of Steve Biegun Jared Kushner or Abbas Araghchi.
