This coalition is envisioned as a comprehensive framework, described as a hexagonal alliance encompassing nations surrounding and within the Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East.

Included in this coalition are India, Greece, Cyprus, several Arab nations, African countries, and other Asian states whose names have not been disclosed at this time.The primary objective of this coalition is to counteract Shia radicalism and the Sunni extremist axis thereby securing a stable future for the region.
