Casualty Figures Rise in Gaza Conflict: Latest Statistics and Humanitarian Challenges

The number of fatalities in the Gaza conflict has reached a staggering 72,073, as reported by the Ministry of Health in Gaza. In the latest daily statistical report, it was noted that within the past 24 hours, one additional martyr and eight injured individuals were admitted to hospitals across the region.

According to the ministry’s report, many victims remain trapped under rubble or are stranded in the streets, with rescue teams unable to access these areas due to ongoing challenges. Since the ceasefire was implemented on October 11, the total number of martyrs has risen to 615, with injuries reported at 1,651. Furthermore, 726 bodies have been recovered from beneath the debris during this period.As of now since the onset of the genocidal campaign by the Israeli regime against Gaza on October 7 2023 the overall death toll has escalated to 72073 while the number of injured individuals has surged to 171749. These alarming statistics underscore the ongoing humanitarian crisis and the urgent need for international attention and intervention.
