Survey Reveals Israeli Perspectives on U.S. Military Action Against Iran

A recent survey conducted by the Hebrew newspaper Ma’ariv reveals that 59% of Israelis view the United States’ decision not to attack Iran as a detrimental outcome for the Israeli state. This significant portion of the population believes that a military strike aimed at dismantling Iran’s infrastructure would have been a more favorable alternative.

In contrast, only 23% of respondents perceive the prevention of war as a positive result, arguing that it helps avert extensive damage. The survey also included participants residing within the Green Line, who represent approximately 20% of the demographic under study.The findings highlight a notable divide in public opinion regarding military intervention and its implications for national security.
