According to these sources, the tent has been a venue for numerous celebrations and activities, including special sports programs for women and social events that have benefited hundreds of families residing in Jerusalem.This move comes amid claims from the organization’s officials that the Jerusalem municipality in coordination with the Israeli police has intensified pressure and restrictive measures against this entity and its service users. The center is recognized as a crucial social space for children women and residents of the Old City of Jerusalem.

The Al-Qalqilya organization has rejected this decision labeling it as unjust and arbitrary.
