A meeting to organize the International Quds Day events was held on Thursday morning, March 7, 2025, in the meeting hall of the Coordination Council for Islamic Advertising in Tehran. Representatives from various local agencies and organizations participated to discuss special programs for Quds Day.
Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Mohsen Mahmoudi, the head of the Coordination Council for Islamic Advertising in Tehran, praised the remarkable and historic participation of the people in the February 22 rally and acknowledged the collaboration of officials and agencies in realizing this significant event. He emphasized the need for careful planning to ensure a grand Quds Day march.Mahmoudi announced that the Quds Day march will commence on Friday March 22 2025 from ten designated routes toward Tehran University.
Additionally this march will also take place in towns and districts throughout Tehran province starting from specified points leading to Friday prayer venues.
The head of the Quds Week committee in Tehran stressed the importance of raising awareness and clarifying the issues surrounding Quds and Palestine particularly during the nights of Qadr and the gatherings in the holy month of Ramadan.
