According to reports, Ramazan Sharif addressed the second session of the Global Quds Day Headquarters, attended by representatives of various executive bodies, this morning. He announced that the 46th annual Global Quds Day rally will take place on the 22nd of March. This year, with greater motivation and fervor, we will express our unwavering support for the Palestinian people, the fighters in Palestine, and the resistance front dedicated to the liberation of Al-Quds.Sharif expressed pride in Iran’s commitment to the Palestinian cause, stating that since the Islamic Revolution, the second national rally has been dedicated to Quds Day. He thanked God for the foresight of Imam Khomeini and the continuation of this vision by the Supreme Leader, which has led the world to understand the essence of the Zionist regime.He emphasized that 47 years ago, Imam Khomeini labeled the Zionist regime as a cancerous entity, a truth now acknowledged worldwide. In less than two years, over 90,000 innocent individuals have been martyred in Gaza, with more than 200,000 wounded or disabled.Pointing to the destruction of thousands of schools, hospitals, and homes in Gaza, Sharif noted that global awareness of the Zionist regime’s nature has intensified, with a significant awakening occurring worldwide, particularly following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation.Despite the media frenzy surrounding the Zionist regime, experts evaluating its capabilities acknowledge the severe pressures it faces. The resistance movement, especially the people of Gaza, remain steadfast in their commitment to the Palestinian cause. The Zionist regime has failed to achieve any of its declared objectives. Hamas continues to stand strong, supported by the people of Gaza, with its leaders determined to fight for the liberation of Al-Quds and the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people.Sharif remarked that over the past 46 years, the Intifada and Quds Headquarters have faced various challenges. As we approach the sixth anniversary of Global Quds Day, the Palestinian cause is more vibrant, timely, and motivated than ever.He stressed that all efforts by the Zionist regime to erase the Palestinian issue have been futile. Today, the world unequivocally recognizes that the Palestinian issue is not only the foremost concern of the Islamic community but the primary issue of the world.Sharif highlighted that the biggest failure for the Zionist regime lies in its massive media empire’s attempts to make the Palestinian issue forgettable. However, the reality remains that the regime’s primary concern is the security of 27,000 square kilometers of occupied territory. The memory of the towering wall remains vivid in the minds of people, and the rapid operations of Al-Aqsa Flood are not forgotten. It is highly possible that similar operations may occur again in different forms.He concluded by stating that the Palestinians with unwavering determination and the support of the Islamic community and divine grace will achieve their goals. The Zionist regime will never be able to withstand the legitimate demands of the Palestinian people.
