American Interviewer Apologizes After Controversial Remarks on Israeli President

Tucker Carlson the American media personality faced significant pressure to apologize following his interview with Mike Huckabee the U.S. Ambassador to Israel. This came after Carlson made controversial statements regarding Israeli President Isaac Herzog and his connections to Jeffrey Epstein the convicted American sex offender.

According to reports from News Network 12 Carlson’s apology was prompted by his remarks during the interview where he discussed Herzog’s alleged visit to Epstein’s private island. These comments elicited an immediate backlash from Herzog’s office highlighting the sensitivity of the topic.

In a message posted early Sunday morning on social media Carlson stated that he had “implicitly said something he was unaware of” and noted that he received a lengthy letter from Herzog’s office clarifying that the president had no ties to Epstein.
