Israeli Restrictions on Gaza: Thousands of Families Living in Dire Conditions

The head of the Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network has reported that thousands of families in the Gaza Strip continue to live in dilapidated tents or outdoors due to the absence of viable housing solutions.

He emphasized that Israeli forces effectively occupy approximately 60 percent of the Gaza Strip. As the so-called ‘yellow line’ expands the areas accessible to residents particularly in the eastern and northern sections of Gaza are diminishing leading to an encroachment into residential zones by Israeli forces.
