Turkey Condemns US Ambassador’s Remarks on Israeli Threats to Arab Sovereignty

The ruling Justice and Development Party of Turkey has expressed strong condemnation of the statements made by the United States Ambassador in Tel Aviv. Omar Celik the party’s spokesperson articulated that any threats posed by Israel against the sovereignty of Arab nations are fundamentally illegitimate.

Celik emphasized that attempts to replace international law with biased religious claims could have dire consequences throughout the region. He firmly denounced this approach which he characterized as an invitation to Israeli dominance over the Middle East.
