According to reports from the International Defense Press Group, Syrian sources have revealed new military activities by the Israeli regime in southern Syria.
Israeli occupation forces have entered a village in the southern outskirts of Quneitra with several military vehicles. A journalist from Al Jazeera reported that Israeli troops arrived in the village of Saida al-Hanout using three military vehicles.Since the fall of the previous Syrian regime Israel has conducted extensive attacks on Syrian territory. Recently they bombed areas in Damascus under the pretext of supporting the Druze community.
Following the collapse of Bashar al-Assad’s regime the Israeli army has continued to occupy areas near the Golan Heights crossing the buffer line between the occupied Golan and Syria particularly in the provinces of Daraa and Quneitra.
