According to international reports from Defense Press, Hamas has labeled the arson committed by Israeli settlers at a mosque in the village of Tal, near Nablus, as a premeditated and fascist crime. This act is described as a blatant assault on places of worship and Islamic sanctities.

Hamas further stated that this attack is part of the ongoing aggressions by settlers against Islamic holy sites, reflecting targeted policies aimed at inciting tension and insecurity within Palestinian territories.In its statement the movement urged the Palestinian people to mobilize extensively to protect mosques and sacred sites from settler attacks and to confront these repeated aggressions.
