International Defense Press reports, citing Quds Radio, that heavy attacks have been launched in the eastern part of Khan Younis, Gaza.
Palestinian sources have noted a significant column of smoke emerging from the eastern area of Khan Younis, located in southern Gaza. The situation has escalated with artillery fire directed at eastern Khan Younis by the Israeli military.Medical sources confirmed the tragic death of a Palestinian due to gunfire from Israeli occupation forces in southern Khan Younis.
Moreover heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles has been reported in the northern Gaza Strip. In a separate incident three Palestinians sustained injuries following shooting by Israeli forces near the Shuja’iyya intersection in eastern Gaza City.
