According to reports from the International Defense Press Group, the recent actions by the Israeli regime to formalize Palestinian land in the West Bank have sparked a wave of international condemnation. Now, the US Embassy in the occupied territories plans to extend consular services into the West Bank.

The Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom has highlighted that this unprecedented move is set to take place next Friday in the settlement of Efrat, located in the Gush Etzion area. This marks the first instance of such services being offered outside the confines of the US Embassy in occupied Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Furthermore it has been reported that the US consular services will also encompass areas including Ramallah Beit Shemesh Haifa Netanya and Beitar Illit.

The newspaper asserts that this initiative acts as a form of recognition of the Israeli regime’s occupation of the region.
