Access to other victims trapped under debris remains severely restricted due to the ongoing assaults.<\/p>\n<p>In a recent act of violence the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis reported that a Palestinian was killed by gunfire from Israeli soldiers outside their controlled areas.
