According to international reports from Tasnim News Agency, Israeli media has revealed that police intend to call Benjamin Netanyahu to testify in a case linked to the leaking of sensitive information to ‘Bild’.<\/p>\n
Approximately ten days ago, Roman Gafman, the appointed head of Mossad and Netanyahu’s military secretary, provided testimony to police in connection with this case. The investigation, referred to as the ‘Night Meeting’ case, stems from a conversation between Eili Feldstein and Tsahi Braverman, Netanyahu’s chief of staff, which took place in the parking lot of the Kirya complex in October 2024.<\/p>\n
Feldstein recounts that during this meeting, Braverman informed him of an ongoing investigation into his suspected disclosure of documents to ‘Bild’, claiming that Braverman suggested he could ‘halt this investigation’.On Wednesday evening Channel Kan reported that Netanyahu’s summons follows recent developments in the investigation process actions taken by the investigative team and related internal reviews. The suspicion raised indicates that Tsahi Braverman received information regarding a confidential investigation into classified documents through a process within the Prime Minister’s Office; the method of information transfer remains subject to a publication ban.<\/p>\n
