Most of these women have been arrested under accusations of ‘incitement to violence.’ Due to the ongoing state of emergency, they are restricted from family visits, and there are severe limitations on meetings with their lawyers.Furthermore, it has been reported that during Ramadan, the schedule for prayer times is not provided to the imprisoned women, or incorrect times for breaking the fast are announced. Sources indicate that restrictions have also been imposed on conducting prayers and reading the Quran, with incorrect timings frequently communicated.<\/p>\n
Reports suggest that the meals provided are cold and insufficient, consisting of thin soup, undercooked rice, one egg per day, six pieces of bread, and spoiled vegetables. Additionally, the quality of drinking water is poor, and the distribution of fruit is prohibited.
