In his letter, Darwish highlighted Hamas’s full commitment to the ceasefire agreement while detailing the blatant and severe violations of this agreement by the Israeli regime. These violations include daily attacks on Palestinian areas, ongoing killings of Palestinians\u2014particularly women and children\u2014arrests of Palestinians, and severe restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.Darwish also outlined the obstacles faced at the Rafah crossing which hinder the movement of Palestinian citizens and impede the reconstruction of vital infrastructure. He called for adherence to the provisions regarding the entry of humanitarian aid and assistance to Gaza’s residents the lifting of restrictions related to the Rafah crossing facilitation of passenger movement and the allowance of fuel equipment and machinery necessary for infrastructure reconstruction.
