This alarming statistic highlights the ongoing violations of the ceasefire by Israeli forces, who continue to perpetrate violence against civilians.

According to the center’s statement, an average of 4.8 individuals have died daily since the ceasefire was established, with the casualties including 197 children, 85 women, and 22 elderly individuals, representing 47.2 percent of the total fatalities. Furthermore, during this period, 1,643 additional people have sustained injuries, averaging 12.3 injuries per day, with 504 of those being children, 330 women, and 89 elderly individuals, making up 56.1 percent of the total injured.

The Gaza Human Rights Center emphasized that data collected over the past 133 days indicates an average of 13.5 ceasefire violations per day. They include the failure of the occupying regime to allow the entry of 600 trucks of humanitarian aid into Gaza daily as stipulated in the agreements including 50 fuel trucks. Currently only 43 percent of the necessary aid has entered the region with the occupiers permitting just 15 percent of the fuel required under the ceasefire agreement.

The report also highlighted ongoing restrictions at the Rafah crossing where only 40.3 percent of the agreed-upon travelers have been allowed passage representing a clear violation of the freedom of movement outlined in the ceasefire terms.

The Gaza Human Rights Center asserted that these findings reflect the occupying regime’s continued acts of genocide including direct killings of civilians and the destruction of essential infrastructure in Gaza depriving its residents of basic necessities.
