According to prosecutors, in exchange for these luxurious gifts, including alcohol and cigars, Netanyahu allegedly abused his prime ministerial powers to benefit Milchan’s business interests.<\/p>\n
In case ‘2000’, Netanyahu is accused of colluding with Arnon Moses, the owner of the prominent newspaper ‘Yedioth Ahronoth’, to ensure positive coverage of himself and his activities in the publication, thereby pressuring the competing newspaper ‘Israel Hayom’ from the cabinet and the Prime Minister’s Office.The ‘3000’ case involves the purchase of three submarines from Germany which sparked significant controversy in 2016.
