During this time, credible regional and international documents reveal that Israel has violated this ceasefire more than a thousand times. The guarantor countries, including the United States, have failed to take any action regarding these violations, and have not condemned the attacks by Israeli forces on residential areas in Lebanon, effectively supporting Israel through their silence.

This expert on Middle Eastern developments pointed out the tragic loss of several Lebanese civilians due to Israeli attacks on their homes. Global institutions such as the United Nations have taken no practical steps to address these crimes, limiting their actions to merely reporting on the ceasefire violations by Israel. He expressed deep concern over the state of Lebanon, stating that the current conditions have been imposed by Israel on the government, people, and private and public institutions of Lebanon. It appears that there is no alternative but for the resistance to act against Israel regionally. These crimes have coincided with the identification of key figures in the Lebanese resistance, with the recent assassination of Haytham Ali Tabatabai, known as Abu Ali, a senior commander of Hezbollah, by Israeli terrorist forces.

Sadr al-Hosseini emphasized that Israel only understands the language of force. He asserted that the only effective means of dealing with this regime is through military and retaliatory actions. It seems that the Beirut government is also recognizing this reality, acknowledging its inability to counter Israeli military attacks and believing that the only way to ensure the safety of Lebanese citizens is to respond to these assaults and plan for retaliatory measures.Regarding how Hezbollah might respond to Israel’s terrorist attacks, he noted that Hezbollah’s military actions are predictable. Considering UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and the reaffirmation by both the Beirut government and Hezbollah, it seems that Israel’s repeated violations of the ceasefire allow the Lebanese side to undertake military actions against both military and civilian targets in Israel, although the likelihood of security operations remains low.

He discussed the need for Hezbollah’s response to be designed effectively. The level of such actions should be determined within Lebanon’s relevant institutions, as unconventional actions could provoke unpredictable atrocities from Israel. Thus, the strategy for retaliatory operations must be examined in military and security circles in Lebanon, ensuring that preventive measures against Israeli actions are implemented. In conclusion Sadr al-Hosseini remarked that given the prevailing conditions in the Middle East neither side—the resistance nor Israel and its supporters—desires to reignite the flames of war in the region. It is noteworthy that a widespread conflict should not arise as even the Americans as a unilateral guarantor of the ceasefire and an ally of Israel would not wish to escalate the war in the Middle East given that their interests would undoubtedly suffer and the political and legal standing of the ceasefire guarantor countries would be further compromised.

A Middle East expert asserts that Hezbollah has no choice but to respond militarily to the ongoing terrorist attacks from Israel, while the likelihood of security operations remains low.

[64

post-20033","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-palestine
["GET
