Escalating Restrictions at Al-Aqsa Mosque: A Call for Awareness

Sheikh Ikrema Sabri the head of the Islamic Supreme Committee and the imam of Al-Aqsa Mosque expressed strong criticism regarding the ongoing restrictive policies imposed by the Tel Aviv regime. He noted a significant intensification of limitations by occupying authorities targeting Al-Aqsa Mosque which extends beyond the previous restrictions observed before the holy month of Ramadan.

Sheikh Sabri emphasized that these measures are strategically designed to diminish the number of Muslim worshippers at Al-Aqsa. Despite the obstacles hundreds of thousands of faithful have made their way to the mosque to fulfill their religious obligations. However this surge in attendance has not been well received by the occupiers leading them to issue prohibitions against dozens of young residents of Jerusalem restricting their access to this sacred site.
