In light of increasing security risks in the Middle East, Chinese officials have urged their citizens residing in Israel to be ready for emergency measures. The Chinese embassy in the region issued this warning on Friday, advising citizens to stay informed about the evolving situation and any security alerts that may arise.

Citizens are advised to exercise maximum vigilance, enhance their security protocols, and prepare for emergencies. They are also encouraged to limit their outings to essential needs only and to identify the nearest shelters and their access points. Ensuring personal safety and protecting property are emphasized as critical actions during this tense period.Previously China had advised its citizens in Iran to leave the country promptly due to escalating ‘external security threats’ amid fears of a potential military attack by the United States. The region is witnessing heightened tensions particularly concerning the possibility of a U.S. military strike against Iran if a nuclear agreement is not reached while Tel Aviv braces for a possible response from Iran.

On Thursday Geneva Switzerland hosted the third round of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the U.S. mediated by Oman. The U.S. demands that Iran fully halt its uranium enrichment activities transfer enriched uranium abroad abandon its ballistic missile program and cease support for regional resistance forces.

In this context the U.S. has been bolstering its military presence in the Middle East provoking Israel while threatening military action against Iran to compel the nation to abandon its nuclear and missile programs. Iran perceives these actions as excuses for intervention and is committed to responding to any military assault even a limited one while insisting on the lifting of Western economic sanctions in exchange for curtailing its nuclear program.
