Prison Sentences Issued for Israeli Nationals Involved in Greek Spyware Scandal

A Greek court has sentenced four individuals including two Israeli nationals to eight years in prison due to their involvement in a political scandal linked to the Predator spyware that was exposed in 2022.

The company responsible for the development of the spyware was engaged in marketing and selling the Predator software in Greece. Alongside the two Israelis a business partner and two former executives of the company have also received prison sentences for their roles in this illicit operation.
