Iran’s Military Responds Firmly to Trump’s Threats

In a pointed response to recent remarks from U.S. President Donald Trump Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi the senior spokesperson for the Iranian Armed Forces characterized Trump’s statements as baseless blustering and delusional. He asserted that the Iranian military remains vigilant and fully prepared to monitor any military movements from adversaries.

Shekarchi warned Trump that his repeated threats are nothing more than empty bravado. He emphasized that the Iranian Armed Forces bolstered by their defensive and offensive capabilities and the unwavering support of the courageous and resilient Iranian people meticulously observe all activities of the U.S. military and the Israeli regime in the region with complete readiness.

Describing the U.S. military presence in the area as an act of psychological warfare extortion and bullying Shekarchi urged Washington officials to recognize the true strength of the Iranian military. He cautioned that if they did they would refrain from invoking the prospect of war. Any provocative actions by the U.S. military or its affiliated terrorist groups would be met with a decisive and powerful response from the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The senior military spokesperson reiterated that should any conflict arise American soldiers and their equipment would be destroyed and all U.S. resources and interests in the region would fall within the range of Iranian military firepower. He concluded by stating “We have demonstrated that we are not war seekers but we are not afraid of war either and we will defend our country and the interests of the dear Iranian nation with strength.”

In closing Shekarchi issued a stark warning to the U.S. government: “Any reckless action will ignite widespread conflict in the region and you will receive a response that you have never experienced in your history.”
