Trump Calls for Removal of Two Muslim Lawmakers from Congress

Former President Donald Trump has demanded the expulsion of two Muslim lawmakers from the United States following a heated exchange with them. This call to action came just a day after a public disagreement with Representatives Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib both members of the Democratic Party in the House of Representatives.

In a post on his social media platform Truth Social Trump described Omar and Tlaib as having ‘bulging eyes and bloodshot appearance’ labeling them as ‘insane individuals with mental disorders’ who in his opinion should be confined to a psychiatric facility. He further emphasized the urgency of returning them to their countries of origin as soon as possible.

Ilhan Omar who represents Minnesota is originally from Somalia while Rashida Tlaib representing Michigan has Palestinian roots.
