Gaza Health Ministry Reports Rising Casualty Figures Amid Ongoing Conflict

The Gaza Health Ministry has reported that the total number of casualties from the ongoing conflict has reached 72,082. In a daily statistical update, the ministry revealed that in the past 24 hours, nine individuals were transferred to hospitals in Gaza, including six bodies recently recovered from the rubble, alongside four others who sustained injuries.

The report emphasized that many victims remain trapped under debris or on the streets, and due to the limitations faced by rescue teams, access to these individuals has not been possible.Since the announcement of a ceasefire on October 11 618 people have been reported killed with 1663 injured and 732 bodies recovered from the ruins. The Gaza Health Ministry further stated that since the onset of what it describes as a genocidal campaign by the Israeli regime against Gaza on October 7 2023 the total number of martyrs has reached 72082 while the number of injured individuals stands at 171761.
