Concerns in Tel Aviv Over Rapid U.S.-Iran Deal

According to the newspaper ‘Ma’ariv’ security circles within the Israeli regime are expressing apprehension regarding a potential swift agreement between the United States and Iran. They fear that the U.S. might conclude its involvement in the conflict with Iran through a superficial and hasty deal reminiscent of the arrangement made with the Houthis in Yemen.

The most alarming scenario involves a partial agreement that could release funds for the Iranian regime thereby granting it a degree of immunity. An even worse outcome could be a limited American strike followed by a poorly negotiated deal that would leave Israel vulnerable to retaliatory missile strikes from Iran.
