According to reports from international news agencies, the recent actions by the Israeli regime to claim Palestinian lands in the West Bank have sparked a wave of international condemnation. Now, the US Embassy in the occupied territories plans to provide consular services in the West Bank as well.
The Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported that this unprecedented move is set to take place next Friday in the settlement of Efrat, located in the Gush Etzion area.This marks the first instance of such services being offered outside the US Embassy in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Additionally it has been reported that the US consular services will also cover areas including Ramallah Beit Shemesh Haifa Netanya and Beitar Illit.
The newspaper indicated that this action serves as a recognition of the Israeli regime’s occupation of the region.
