Israel’s Security Advisor Warns Against Underestimating Enemies, Emphasizes Ongoing Threats

Zachi Hangbi a former internal security advisor to Israel has issued a stark warning to the leaders of the nation regarding the dangers of underestimating their adversaries particularly the Islamic Republic of Iran. He emphasized that the recent heavy blow inflicted by Hamas serves as a significant reminder of the threats that lie ahead.

Hangbi pointed out that the consequences of downplaying the capabilities of Hamas were vividly illustrated during the onset of Operation Storm of Al-Aqsa on October 7. He further noted that akin to the situation in Gaza there are hidden threats concerning Iran that are even more substantial than previously acknowledged.
