Destruction of Olive Trees by Settlers in Eastern Ramallah

This morning a group of Israeli settlers felled 21 olive trees in the village of Al-Mughayir located to the east of Ramallah in the central West Bank. Local sources reported that the settlers launched an incursion into the area west of Al-Mughayir which is adjacent to the lands of the village of Abu Falah resulting in the destruction of these trees.

The olive trees which were over 50 years old belonged to a resident of Abu Falah. This incident underscores the ongoing tensions and conflicts surrounding land use and agricultural practices in the region.
