According to reports from Yedioth Ahronoth, Naftali Bennett delivered a powerful speech today at the American Jewish Organizations Conference held in Jerusalem. He declared, “I will not allow a failed leadership (Netanyahu) to continue. A true leader must recognize when to step down; Israel is more important than any individual.”
Bennett emphasized the urgent need to address the truth: Israel is currently fractured, and this division cannot sustain the nation. He pointed out that the current leadership has exacerbated these divisions, causing even greater discord than at any other time in history. After three decades of Netanyahu’s rule, marked by significant crises, Bennett asserted that a leader must know when to resign.Furthermore Bennett remarked that Turkey has become the “new Iran” and warned about the potential threats posed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He also highlighted the concerning ties of some high-ranking Israeli officials receiving payments from Qatar while both Qatar and Turkey are establishing a presence in Gaza and Syria with Israel’s tacit approval thus forming a new axis akin to the resistance front.
