According to Israeli network Kan, amidst increasing unrest in the Middle East, the Israeli Cabinet will hold a meeting to discuss the situation concerning Iran. This crucial dialogue is set to take place today, Sunday.
The announcement of this Security Cabinet meeting comes just days after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed the Home Front Command to prepare for a potential conflict with Iran. The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Netanyahu directed various emergency agencies and the Home Front Command to get ready for war.Furthermore the newspaper indicated that a state of maximum readiness has been declared across different Israeli security agencies. Interestingly this cabinet meeting was initially slated for Thursday but was postponed.
