According to reports, Avigdor Lieberman, the former Israeli Defense Minister and head of ‘Yisrael Beiteinu’, stated during a speech at Reichman University that Benjamin Netanyahu has transformed into Trump’s ‘submissive dog’, effectively becoming a hostage to U.S. policies.
Lieberman further characterized the current situation of the Israeli regime as critical, highlighting the alarming trajectory of both political and defense systems that threaten to lead to a political disaster comparable to the security catastrophe of October 7.He emphasized ‘We have never been as isolated and rejected in the world even in the United States as we are now.’ Lieberman pointed out what he referred to as the ‘unprecedented decline of Israel’s global standing’ warning that the defense and political systems are steering the nation toward calamity.
He added ‘Today our international status has deteriorated to the point that for the first time since 1967 we are sidelined even more than the Palestinians.’
