According to reports, the Israeli regime continues its aggressive policy of violating ceasefires, launching an artillery attack this evening on the region between Ramish and Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon.
News network Al-Manar reported that one of the artillery shells landed near residential homes in the vicinity of Ramish, raising concerns among local residents.
Further details regarding the attack have yet to be disclosed. This incident is part of a series of repeated violations by the Israeli regime against the ceasefire agreement established last year between Lebanon and Israel.Over a year has passed since the agreement intended to halt Israeli hostilities against Lebanon was enacted; however the reality on the ground reveals a continuous pattern of attacks by Israel marked by thousands of violations of the treaty.
Despite ongoing daily aggressions in southern Lebanon the Israeli regime with the support of the United States is attempting to pressure Beirut into disarming the Islamic resistance in the country.
